With the Administrative Reform Strategy, Egypt Vision 2030 and the new civil service law, the Egyptian government has initiated several reform initiatives. The SRIP supports government reform initiatives which aim to improve efficiency and citizen-friendly services. GAPP Executive Education builds on its mission to provide capacity-building that serves to reinforce and reinvigorate leadership capacities in Egypt and continues to offer the Strengthening Reform Initiatives in Public Administration Program (SRIP) for the second year. They will also get assistance in applying for jobs. In addition, they will get the chance to actively work with the career advisor on their CVs and jobs applications. The training will be in Arabic and will focus on soft skills topics that will increase the chances of finding jobs for the participants.Īfter the end of the workshop, the participants will attend an HR roundtable, where they will be able to gain employment opportunities. Over a period of two years, the project will deliver capacity building workshops for 750 participants through a seven-day online intensive workshop. Through the AUC GAPP Executive Education in collaboration with Helm and AlHassan Foundations, the Women Economic Empowerment for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth – Training for Employment (WEE-TFE)- will empower and build the capacities of women, in-particular women with disabilities through occupational training and supporting their access to decent employment.
